Booking Policy

Confirmation Policy

    • Booking Receipt: We'll send a booking receipt/confirmation upon receiving your booking request.
    • Payment Confirmation: Any booking is confirmed by depositing an advance payment @ 30% amount of the Total Cost of the Package, after that company will process the booking.
    • Balance Payment has to be made in full advance before 10 days of the tour date.
    • Payments can be remitted through NEFT/ RTGS/ UPI/ Net Banking any of the following modes and is subject to realization.
    • Once we receive the payment you will receive an acknowledgment from us showing receipt and confirmation of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing (email or letter).

    Cancellation charges will be effective from the date of cancellation.

    • More than 45 days before Arrival 10% of the Total package cost.
    • More than 30-45 days before Arrival 25% of Total package cost.
    • 10-30 days before Arrival 40% of Total package cost.
    • 1-10 days before Arrival 100% of Total package cost.
